BC Property Bulgaria are a small, friendly company who want to look after you and your property. As we only intend to look after a few clients, we can offer you our helpful hands on service at all times.

We realise that you come on holiday to relax and do not want to start your holiday by cleaning or repairing. BC property will ensure that your apartment is ready for use by yourselves or your family. Our helpful hand service will ensure that you arrive to an apartment that is ready for you to enjoy a holiday in.

Will my property be well maintained and what about damage?

We will ensure that your property is maintained to a high standard at all times. A full inventory check will be done prior to guests arriving and after their departure. Our full cleaning service ensures that the property is kept in tip top condition. Accidents can happen and therefore it is in your best interest to ensure that you have full insurance coverage. We can offer a helpful hand for this service, see below.

What happens when we arrive into Bourgas or Varna airport?

When we have confirmation of your arrival, we can offer a helpful hand to meet you at either of the airports mentioned and take you to your property. We can also take you back to the designated airport after your holiday. We just need your flight details.

I should have insurance to cover any damage. Do you provide such services?

BC Property Bulgaria can offer a helpful hand with insurance. We liaise with one of the leading European insurance companies - Allianz Insurance Limited. We offer for each owner, full property insurance. This can cover all kinds of damages and burglary. We can also provide a public liability insurance for apartments “buy-to-let”.

I need to buy furniture etc. for my new apt. / house and have no idea where to go

As we have done this ourselves, we can again offer a helpful hand. We have a wide local knowledge of most shops and stores in the Bourgas area and it is possible to hire someone on a daily basis to assist you. Large items of furniture are usually delivered 30 to 40 days after purchase and we can be there to accept the delivery on your behalf
